We've been meaning to write to you to tell you how happy we are with the system. Firstly of all it just works so much better than the old system, it is quieter and warms up the house so much more quickly than I believed it could. Frankly I didn't expect it to work so well. Your staff whilst they were installing were very pleasant, business-like and easy to have around. So thank you for your advice re the installation, and for doing it so well.

I rang last week to say how pleased we were with the recent installation of the Split Systems in our Business Offices and Community Relations Office. The work was completed with the minimum of interference to staff and under extremely difficult physical conditions of extraordinary heat.
